Author's Note: This is where I apologize on a galactic scale, because this is not a complete fic. When the deadline came around, I was well over the minimum word count but RL had prevented me from going where I wanted to go with the fic. So consider this Part 1 of 2. Hopefully Part 2 will be up before the names are revealed.
Summary: Not only had they somehow realized he wasn't this Elizabeth" person, but they weren't even freaking out about it. Where the hell was he? And more importantly, where was Al??

She was responsible for the reasoning behind my take on a pivotal plot point and outright handed me a couple of lines at the end... Any errors are completely my fault.

Spoilers: SG-1 season 10, "The Pegasus Project" (10x03); Season 5, "48 Hours" (05x14); SGA Season 1, "Letters from Pegasus" (01x17); Season 2, "Trinity" (02x06), and "The Long Goodbye" (02x16); Season 3, "Irresistible" (03x04), "Progeny" (03x05); "McKay and Mrs. Miller" (03x08); and "Phantoms" (03x09)-- however, I messed with the timeline a little, and put episode 309 just after episode 304, and before episode 305. Some minor bits of dialog were lifted directly from "The Pegasus Project."
Written For: mardahin, who wanted "Location - Pegasus Galaxy, not Atlantis. Sam Leaps into Sheppard, pairing McKay/Sheppard. Special Request: Sam recognizes McKay from meeting him in person." I got everything you wanted, plus I wandered into a few other locations, including Atlantis and New Mexico. Hope that was okay.
Author's Note: A big ol' handwave on the physics, okay? I know it bears no resemblance to reality, but then again, neither did/does the physics on either show.
Summary: "I'm damned tired of aliens taking over my body," Sheppard told Sam. "How the hell has nobody noticed that you're not me?"

Written For: springwoof, who wanted Location: Canada/Earth Character: McKay's Piano Teacher (SGA: gen) Time: McKay's childhood, before he'd ever *heard* of a "Stargate Program" Leap Prompt: in canon, we're told that when McKay was a child, his piano teacher told him he was a great technical player, but lacked passion; thus prompting McKay to give up his dream of being a concert pianist and turn to science instead. Sam leaps into the piano teacher before this fateful announcement. He has to figure out what to do (he has no idea about the SGC or McKay's future role there or in Atlantis) and what to say to the talented young musician whose hopes and dreams he holds in his hands.

Didn't Sam already play the piano in a prior Leap?

Author's Note: Title comes from the last line of Robert Frost's poem, "The Road Not Taken." Cheesy, I know.

Author's Note: I have always considered the movie to be a slightly-alternate universe to the series due to several small inconsistencies between the two, so where they conflicted, movie canon was sometimes ignored in favor of series canon and/or dramatic license. *g* Series canon was followed to the best of my ability.
Summary: When Sam Leaps into Jack O'Neill, a man whose son is dead and whose marriage is crumbling, he thinks his mission is clear. Or is it?
